What is the shelf life and is there any serious degrading over time??

Do you offer other etching (glass) products or information?

I am not aware of it having a shelf life, but I don’t know how well it will be in 10+ years. I experimented with a bottle of this about 4-5 years ago and it still etches the same to this day. However, it did change color from a whitish appearance to a dark tan color, but still did its job the same.

All the products offered are listed here https://www.glassetchingsecrets.com/shop.html and will be updated with more soon. What types of items are you looking for?

It is only being sold in the US at the moment. I am not very familiar with the South African markets, so I am not sure.

I saw your video on Sanding Edges of Cut Glass Bottles – great touch and you are right, no one out there was showing how to do this. My question is how can I protect/coat the label on the glass bottle? This wine bottle has much sentimental value. Using it as a drinking glass will require it to be washed thoroughly. Any ideas? THANK YOU.

We are interested in getting a professional to handle our project of etching our Foundation’s logo on existing mugs. Do you do this type of work or know of anyone we may hire? We have around 400 mugs.

    Alberta,
I don’t currently etch for hire- at the moment it is a hobby and I document how to others can do it.
I am sure some of my subscribers would be interested. You can post on my facebook group to find others. The easiest way to find someone would be to search google for custom etchings, as I know there are a good handful of people that provide this service.

    hey
what does a 4-5 year old etching cream look like? is it lumpy?

@j, a lot of etching cream can get clumpy when it gets cold out. Another manufacturer recommends placing the bottle in warm water, then stirring the inside of the bottle.
