SCM Mini Sandblasting Equipment & Photoresist Exposure Unit for Sale

Posted on September 11, 2013 by Eric Robert Posted in Blog Content 20 Comments
Full view of the Jet Stream One sandblasting system.

I connected with this person by email and offered to place sort of a classified ad for his Mini SCM sandblasting equipment, while also emailing all my newsletter subscribers. Hopefully it will find a good home and help someone else out. I was told that he is moving to another city so he has to downsize and get rid of a lot of items. Please see the photos below and the description he provided me. ~ Eric

For Sale $575 OBO: SOLD

Attached are photos of my SCM sandblasting equipment called the Jet Stream One. It has been sitting idle for some time, but still in nice condition. These are photos taken only a few days ago. I have a new pair of gloves, yet to be installed, but it’s a quick and easy task. I also have 2 SCM DVD’s, “Complete set up of your Jet Stream One System” and “Complete set up of your Photo Image System“. Also included is a good amount of SCM printed material such as their product catalog vol. 34 titled “WHERE SUCCESS IS ONLY LIMITED BY YOUR IMAGINATION”. If you have any questions regarding the photos or the system, let me know.

I live near Colon, Michigan, just 20 miles n. of the Indiana border. I’ve decided that I would deliver it at no charge to any buyer within a 50 or perhaps a 75 mile radius. Beyond that, the buyer would have to pay the shipping.

Hi Becky, I listed his email in the description. He is an older gentleman, so I am guessing he doesn’t read the comments much.

Eric, I apologize for not reading this earlier. I did purchase the unit and received it last week. He is in the process of moving at this time and probably doesn’t have a lot of down time.

Hi Eric. I have a few questions to ask you, about Glass Engraving on glass. And mirrors. First. I bought me a. Few days ago a Electric Engraver. Drill with a few burr points, ansd accessories . Q2. How do I start. How. Do I apply a. Picture, images ,logo’s or names. On glass. To engrave it on. Glass ? I’m new in this art form. I’m very interest in this art form. Q3. Do you know.of dvds (not on youtube only) that’s is available to help. Beginners to start with this art of glass Engraving. And books even? I hope to hear from you soon. Yours Werner Kemp. My wife uses a diamond drill engraver. You can stick a picture of what it is you wish to engrave on the back side of the glass, then use the drill on the other side.

If it’s a mirror, you need to draw (or trace) onto the surface and engrave where you have drawn.

If you sign up on facebook, there’s a woman called Lesley Pyke has a page where she has ‘how to’s and will give advice.
